Tea Tree Oil

 

 

  • Aromatherapy

Use a drop or two of the oil on a warm washcloth and inhale to treat colds , viruses,coughs,sunburns,

toothaches, or problems caused by bacteria.

 

  • Acne

Dab a drop of tea tree oil on a cottonball and apply to trouble spots. Ensure you dab water with the tea tree oil.

 

  • Dandruff

Mix oil to shampoo. Use 2 Drops of oil and 3-4 drops of shampoo. Do not put the oil directly onto scalp.

 

  • Nail infections

Dab a bit of tea tree oil. This will act as an antibacterial.

 

  • Sinus Infections

Is and antiviral and antibacterial . Boil water and add a few drops tea tree oil to the water.

After removing from the pot from heat, put a towel over your head and breathe in for 10-15 minutes.

 

  • Cleaning spray

This acts as an disinfectant, cleaning or balancing  can benefit from tea-tree oil.

4-5 drops of oil with 2 cups of water in a spray bottle.

Use to clean household surface like countertops and kitchen floors.

 

  • Mould remover

10    drops of oil and 2 cups of water in a spray bottle. Clean bathroom sink. Spray on

mouldy areas, but do not wipe or rinse. Let it sit and it will take care of any problems.

 

  • Laundry Detergent

Add 3-4 drops of oil to your detergent for mouldprone items like chunky sweaters and wool.

Tea tree oil is a powerful mould fighter.

 

  • Air freshner

Add 2 tablespoon clear gelatin powder , tea tree oil, ½ cup of water and clean and clear glass jar/jug.

Mix together the heat and heat the gelatin powder. 20 drops of oil and water.

Pour liquid into clear jar/jugs. Once gelatin has melted. Put jar in the fridge to set.

 

 

  • Antiseptic

Similar to above clause 7 mixture. Add double drops. This helps with cleansing and disinfecting
