-Tea tree oil

- Water

Method:
1. Add 2-3 tsp of tea tree oil with a cup of water and mix

2. Dip cotton ball into mixture and apply on affected area
3. Do this at least 2 times a day for best results

This gets rid of dry skin, back acne and marks. The antiseptic properties cleanse and moisturises. It antibacterial propeties prevents formation of breakouts and blemishes

Parsley

 

 Bad breath is also known as Halitosis. This food garnish is rich in Chlorophyll that kills bacteria that causes bad odour, Simply chew on a fresh parsley sprig or the parsley in vinegar and chew thoroughly.

Ingredients:

 

- Coconut water

- Cotton ball

- Ice Cube

 

Method:

1. Dip cotton ball in coconut water (pref cool)

2. Apply over T-Zone

3. Dab an ice cube after you splashed the coconut water

4. Leave to dry

Cleanse and moisturise your skin 

 

Ingredients:

 

- Cucumbers

- Yogurt

Method:
1. Crush 1 cucumber into a fine puree.
2. Add equal amount of yogurt into the fine paste
3. Apply and leave on for 15-20 mins
4. Wash with cold water and pat dry

 

Helps to:

 

Cucumbers helps with moisturising and nourishing due to water content. Its a natural replacement for cream-based moisturiser.
Yogurt provides nutrients like calcium,zinc and vitamin C.

Ingredients:

 

Lavender

lavender oils

 

These can either be inhaled or applied topically. 2-4 drops for every 2-3 cups of boiling water when inhaling.

 

Basil oil and Peppermint oil can also assist with migraines.
